From ordering windows to installing them, the whole process was professional and timely. Installation was surprisingly quick and clean. We are very pleased with the final product and are so happy that we went with Premier Window and Door.

Great and professional experience from the start with great explanation and visit up to with the installation. They come in and tell us how to protect the area from the dust that's inevitable. All the folks from Premier Windows & Doors were extremely professional from start to finish. They really care about their customers and it shows. The Windows installed are a quality product and they were able to install 6 Windows in about 5 - 6 hours. I would use them again and I will definitely recommend them.

Raul and his entire crew are truly the best very honest and professional at their work. They also helped us move some of the furniture. The old windows which rattle with the wind and very noisy were replaced with the new double pane making a big difference. The windows had wood molding which were taken off carefully and replaced. Also the company offers financing which makes it affordable. I greatly recommend this company which is locally owned .

From first contact, dealing with them was a good experience. The price, and product was satisfactory. We feel they went above and beyond in accommodating our requests when it came to removing security bars, allowing several days so I could paint them, and then reinstalling them when the new windows were installed. They even agreed to remove/reinstall non-window related security bars so I could paint them. The only reason we rated Professionalism as Good, is that there was a delay in getting a couple of the windows installed due to a delivery issue with the manufacturer. Due to the delay, we had to schedule 2 installation dates. Overall, very satisfied with the windows, sliding door, and service. Will recommend Premier Windows to friends and family.
